Membership Requirements

Membership in Branch Venture Group is open to accredited investors who are passionate about supporting the future of food through early-stage investing.

To become a member, applicants should:

• Qualify as an accredited investor under SEC Rule 501.

• Have an interest in investing in early-stage food, agriculture, nutrition, and food technology companies.

• Be willing to participate in virtual and/or in-person investor meetings.

• Agree to the Branch Venture Group Membership Agreement and Code of Conduct.

• Pay the applicable initiation fee and annual membership dues.

Our Community

Branch Venture Group is built on collaboration, integrity, and respect. Members are expected to:

• Treat entrepreneurs, fellow investors, and guests with professionalism and respect.

• Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to founders.

• Maintain the confidentiality of companies, members, and investment discussions.

• Disclose any existing relationships or conflicts of interest with presenting companies.

• Support a collaborative community by sharing expertise, introductions, and insights whenever possible.

• Avoid soliciting fellow members for unrelated business opportunities during Branch Venture Group activities.

Our members bring diverse backgrounds and perspectives, but share a common goal: supporting exceptional entrepreneurs while building a trusted community of investors focused on the future of food.
