Angel Network Overview

Branch Venture Group is a national angel investment network focused exclusively on early-stage food innovation. Since 2017, we've brought together accredited investors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders to identify, evaluate, and invest in companies transforming the future of food.

Our members invest directly in innovative startups across food and beverage, food technology, agriculture, nutrition, supply chain, manufacturing, biotechnology, and related sectors. Through our collaborative investment process, members gain access to curated deal flow, shared due diligence, educational programming, and a trusted community of experienced investors.

We host regular investor meetings featuring presentations from carefully selected founders, opportunities to engage with industry experts, and discussions on emerging trends shaping the food system. Members also receive invitations to Branchfood events and connect with one of the industry's most active food innovation ecosystems.

Beyond capital, our members help entrepreneurs succeed by providing strategic guidance, industry expertise, customer introductions, corporate partnerships, hiring support, and access to follow-on investors.

We primarily evaluate companies raising Seed and Series A financing rounds, with opportunities typically ranging from $500,000 to $3 million. Members invest on a deal-by-deal basis, choosing the companies that best align with their individual investment interests and objectives.
